Firstly, why choose therapy?

Personal therapy is a meaningful commitment to yourself, it can also be one of the most valuable choices you make. Life often asks us to keep going, to carry responsibilities, and to show up for others — but therapy creates a space where you no longer have to hold everything alone. It’s a chance to slow down, listen inwards, and reflect on the patterns, pressures, and wounds that quietly shape how you move through the world.

Sometimes, we find ourselves in relationships that leave us feeling unseen, carrying more responsibility than feels fair, or giving so much of ourselves that little is left in return.

Sometimes, we notice patterns repeating — maybe we’re the dependable one at work who quietly absorbs the stress, the friend who listens but struggles to be heard, or the partner who feels both needed and invisible.

Sometimes, the weight comes from the past — family dynamics that shaped how we learned to love, or early experiences that left us questioning our worth and carrying burdens that were never truly ours.

And sometimes, we realise it’s us — the way we silence our own needs, criticise ourselves harshly, or find it hard to trust that we are enough. Therapy offers a space to bring those parts of ourselves into the light and learn a different way forward.

Choosing therapy is an true act of self-care. Choosing to face ourselves intensely and intentionally; and to begin to set down what was never yours to carry, and grow a deeper sense of self-trust. It’s a journey toward living with more ease, more authenticity, and more space to be fully yourself — and it’s one I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

Therapy Options

I offer two ways of working, depending on what feels most supportive for you:

Open-Ended Therapy
This is a flexible, ongoing approach where we meet weekly or fortnightly without a set endpoint. It allows space for a deeper exploration of your history, current challenges, and evolving goals, and gives you the freedom to go at your own pace. Many people find this approach valuable when they want to work through long-standing patterns or when their needs feel complex and layered.

12 Weeks of Focused, Integrative Therapy
This is a structured, time-limited approach. Together, we’ll follow a clear 12-week framework designed around specific themes such as dysfunctional family dynamics, attachment issues or emotional neglect. Each session has a focus while still allowing flexibility for what arises in the moment. Many people find this approach helpful if they prefer a more guided process, or if they want to work intensively on a particular area. It takes place over a 4 month period, averaging 3 sessions per month with costs streamlined into one monthly payment.

I developed my 12 week therapy framework for clients who:

  • Prefer to work in a more structured way

  • Are unsure about open ended therapy

  • Have a set budget for therapy

  • Would prefer to streamline therapy costs into one monthly payment

  • Have an good idea on the areas in their life they want to work on and want to dedicate a period of intentional focus on that area

.
