Why Consider Therapy?
Personal therapy is a meaningful commitment to yourself and can be one of the most valuable choices you make. Life often asks us to keep going, to carry responsibilities, and to show up for others, but therapy creates a space where you no longer have to hold everything alone. It offers time to slow down, listen inward, and reflect on the patterns, pressures, and wounds that quietly shape how you move through the world.
When Relationships Feel Heavy
When relationships leave you feeling unseen, carrying more responsibility than feels fair, or giving so much of yourself that little is left in return, therapy provides a space to be heard and supported.
When Patterns Repeat
When you notice patterns repeating, maybe you’re the dependable one at work who quietly absorbs stress, the friend who listens but struggles to be heard, or the partner who feels both needed and invisible — therapy helps you explore and understand these cycles.
When the Past Weighs You Down
When the weight comes from the past — family dynamics that shaped how you learned to love, or early experiences that left you questioning your worth and carrying burdens that were never truly yours. Therapy offers a chance to untangle and release what doesn’t belong to you.
When It’s About You
When it’s about how you silence your own needs, criticise yourself harshly, or struggle to trust that you are enough, therapy provides a safe space to bring those parts of yourself into the light and learn a different way forward.
When You Feel Overwhelmed
When life asks you to keep going, carry responsibilities, and show up for others, it can be hard to find space for yourself. Therapy creates a place where you don’t have to hold everything alone — a chance to slow down, reflect, and listen inward.
When You Choose Yourself
When you choose therapy, you choose yourself. It’s a true act of self-care — an intentional step toward setting down what was never yours to carry, growing self-trust, and living with more ease, authenticity, and space to be fully yourself. It’s a journey I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Therapy Options
I offer two ways of working, allowing you to choose the option that feels most supportive for you at this point in your life. Each approach is designed to provide a safe, thoughtful space for exploration, while respecting your pace, needs, and what you are hoping to gain from therapy.
Open-Ended Therapy
This is a flexible, ongoing approach where we meet weekly or fortnightly, without a fixed endpoint. It offers the space to explore your history, current challenges, and evolving goals in depth, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. This approach can be particularly supportive if you are looking to work through long-standing patterns, explore deeper relational themes, or if your needs feel complex, layered, or are changing over time.

12 Weeks of Focused, Integrative Therapy
This is a structured, time-limited approach built around a clear 12-week framework, focused on specific themes such as dysfunctional family dynamics, attachment difficulties, or emotional neglect. Each session has a gentle focus while remaining responsive to what arises in the moment. This approach can be particularly helpful if you prefer a more guided process or wish to work intensively on a specific area. Sessions take place over four months, with an average of three sessions per month and costs combined into one monthly payment.
